Itisimportanttoencourageequal-footeddialogue,exchangeandmutuallearningamongcivilizations,enhanceunderstandingandaffinityamongpeopleofallcountries,andmakehumanity’scommonvaluesatrulyinternationalconsensusacceptedandfollowedbyall.ChinawilladvancetheimplementationoftheGlobalCivilizationInitiative,makegooduseofsuchplatformsastheInternationalDayforDialogueAmongCivilizations,theUnderstandingChinaConference,andtheLiangzhuForum,enhanceinter-civilizationcommunicationanddialogue,strengthenexperiencesharingongovernance,anddeepeneducational,scientificandtechnological,cultural,subnational,people-to-peopleandyouthexchanges.Chinahasagreementswith24countriesonmutualvisaexemptionforholdersofalltypesofpassports,andimplementsaunilateralvisa-freepolicyfor16countries.ChinawillcontinuetofacilitatetravelstoChinabyforeignnationals,andbuildmorebridgesforfriendlyinteractionsbetweenChinaandtheworld.

ItisimportantfortheGlobalSouthtocarryout,asGeneralSecretaryXiJinpingproposed,openandinclusivecooperationandactasastaunchforceforpeace,acoredrivingforceforopendevelopment,aconstructionteamofglobalgovernance,andadvocatesforexchangeamongcivilizations.ChinaisalwaysamemberoftheGlobalSouthandalwaysstandswithallcountriesoftheSouththroughthickandthin.ChinawillacceleratetheimplementationoftheeightmeasuresinsupportofGlobalSouthcooperation,ensurethesuccessoftheupcomingBeijingSummitoftheForumonChina-AfricaCooperation,developthe“fivecooperationframeworks”inconcertwithArabstates,upgradeitsrelationswithcountriesinLatinAmericaandtheCaribbean,anddeepencooperationwithPacificislandcountries.ChinawillstaycommittedtothedevelopmentandrevitalizationoftheGlobalSouthandwalksidebysidewithotherGlobalSouthcountriesinourcommonpursuitofmodernization.

Itisimportanttoupholdtruemultilateralism,defendtheauthorityandroleoftheUnitedNations,followthevisionofglobalgovernancefeaturingextensiveconsultationandjointcontributionforsharedbenefit,continuetoincreasetherepresentationandvoiceofthedevelopingcountries,andmaketheglobalgovernancearchitecturemorebalancedandeffective.Chinawilltakeanactivepartinthereformandimprovementoftheglobalgovernancesystem,supporttheSummitoftheFutureinadoptingaPactfortheFuturethatreflectsthetrendofourtimesandtheaspirationsofpeoplearoundtheworld,activelyparticipateininternationalcooperationonclimatechange,buildgreaterconsensusontheGlobalAIGovernanceInitiative,andworkforimprovingthegovernancerulesforsuchnewfrontiersasdeepsea,polarregions,outerspaceandcyberspace.ItisimportanttodeepencooperationundertheexpandedBRICSandtheShanghaiCooperationOrganization,supportBrazilandPeruinhostingG20andAPECmeetingsrespectively,andaugmentthestrengthoftheSouthinglobalgovernance.
Onelearnsfromthepastinordertounderstandthefuture,andfollowstherightpathtogofar.TheimplementationoftheFivePrinciplesofPeacefulCoexistenceisanongoingprocess.Soisthebuildingofacommunitywithasharedfutureformankind.Takingthe70thanniversaryoftheFivePrinciplesofPeacefulCoexistenceasanewstartingpoint,Chinawillworkwithallcountriestodrawwisdomfromhistory,undertaketheresponsibilityforourtimes,andkeepstrivingforthegreatgoalofbuildingacommunitywithasharedfutureformankind.
